A. SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping: Orders $200.00 and up.

Standard Shipping: $9.99 for orders from $0.00 to $199.99.

B. PRODUCTION, DELIVERY TIME & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

Every piece is made to order. It usually takes about a week to make your order and hand it to the carrier, and most orders arrive 12–19 days after purchase. Busy seasons, holidays and carrier delays can add a few days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York) start the next business day.

C. Delivery Terms

We use reliable shipping carriers including USPS for domestic orders and international carriers for orders outside the US.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@trailgearhub.store

E. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
