Shipping Policy

Every Trail Gear Hub piece is made to order. Your quilt, pillow covers or curtains are printed, quilted and sewn after you place your order, then shipped to you with tracking.

Production Time
It usually takes about a week to make your order and hand it to the carrier.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive 12–19 days after purchase.

Please note:
- Busy seasons, holidays and carrier delays can add a few days
- Remote areas may require additional time
- If your order hasn't arrived 25 days after purchase, email us and we'll look into it

Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 ship for $9.99 (US).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We can't change the address once the order is in transit.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Trail Gear Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
