At TrailGearHub, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:
- Personalized/custom items (if applicable)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve it quickly.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

Important Notes
Outdoor gear may show minor variations in color or material due to lighting or manufacturing processes. These are not considered defects.
